Jackson Township Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle due to a minor moving violation. Upon investigation, it was discovered that the driver's license was suspended, rendering them unable to continue driving the vehicle. Subsequently, the decision was made to tow the vehicle, prompting the officers to search. During the search, multiple baggies suspected to contain cocaine were found. These were located within the glove box, access to which required the key found beneath the passenger seat. Consequently, the passenger was arrested on charges of drug trafficking and was later booked into Stark County Sheriff's Jail. It's important to emphasize that the passenger is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.
