Former police officer and Uber driver Austin Hughes called 911 after seeing an allegedly intoxicated driver swerving across Interstate 610 in Houston. After the truck crashed and the driver moved into traffic, Hughes detained him until HPD arrived. Officers Michael Garcia and Joshua Few released the driver, then arrested Hughes for felony impersonation two days later. The charge was dismissed for lack of probable cause.
