On April 23, 2024. A Deputy from the Barron County Sheriff's Department responded to a report from a man (William) stating that he believed his neighbors (Suzanne and Mark) were trespassing onto his property, letting their dogs defecate on his yard and not picking it up, also damaging his trail camera that he had set up outside of his condominium as well as displaying rude and obscene gestures towards the camera on video. When the deputy arrived, William invited him into his house to show him the pictures from the trail camera that was set up outside of the condo. There were also multiple photographs of a female subject holding a drink in her hand approaching the camera and pointing at it. There was a photograph of two male subjects standing outside a vehicle with one male subject wearing a dark colored shirt facing the camera and grabbing his crotch area. There was another photo of a person walking up to the camera then the next picture showed that the camera was moved. William stated that the person who moved the camera also damaged it but did not believe that it was Suzanne or Mark but was another person who he was only able to identify as (Butch). Two days later, the deputy met with Suzanne who stated that she and her boyfriend Mark had been having troubles with a neighbor who she identified as William. Suzanne said that she believed that she and Mark were being harassed as William had been filming them with a trail camera entering and leaving their residence. She also stated that she did not believe that her neighbor was able to have a trail camera on the pillar of the condominium as William did not technically own this area of the building and it was owned by the Condominium Board Association. The Deputy showed Suzanne the photographs that were on the trail camera and she stated that both she and Mark have "posed" for the camera obscenely and stated that this was because she and Mark felt uncomfortable with being photographed and did not believe that William should be able to photograph them. Suzanne said that the photograph that showed a male subject grabbing his crotch area while wearing a darker shirt was Mark,her boyfriend. Mark was the only one to be cited, he was issued a citation through the mail for “Disorderly Conduct”, a $200.50 fine. This video is for educational purposes only.
