On October 1, 2022, Westfield Police Officers responded to a traffic collision with air bag deployment. When they arrived on scene, they met with the 19-year-old female driver who told them a tale about being hit by a Jeep. Despite this, she claims she continued to drive for miles on 3 rims looking for a gas station. The initial officer says multiple times that he doesn't think the woman is intoxicated. However, when a sergeant arrives, he insists that field sobriety tests (FSTs) be conducted and the driver is eventually arrested for DUI. The police report shows that she submitted to an evidentiary breath test (EBT) and the results were 0.13%. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
