If you like regular arrest content, be sure to check out our other channel @ArrestCam Officers with Florida Fish and Wildlife were on patrol when they noticed a private property entrance with an open gate. The property had 6-foot fencing around it with no trespassing signs. They observed approximately one thousand tires, most of which were semi-tractor trailer tires. A couple weeks later, after seeing a vehicle enter the property, they set up in a concealed location to observe. After watching the suspect, they observed him aiming a rifle out of the driver’s side window of his vehicle at an alligator. He fired a few shots at the alligator before exiting the vehicle where he continued firing shots. In the end, the suspect was charged with two felonies, one for littering for commercial purposes and another for attempted alligator poaching. He pled no contest and was adjudicated guilty. He was sentenced to 50 days in jail with credit for time served. He was also ordered to pay $2,218.00 in costs and fines which is mostly unpaid.
