On March 23, 2023, Miami-Dade Police officers responded to a disturbance at the Frontier Airlines terminal inside Miami International Airport after a passenger refused to exit a Philadelphia-bound flight. The situation began when a heated argument broke out over a $5,000 Louis Vuitton designer bag that was accidentally scratched while being placed in the overhead bin. Despite repeated requests from flight attendants and airline staff to deplane, the woman refused to comply, escalating the situation and delaying the flight. Law enforcement was ultimately called to the gate to remove her from the aircraft. This bodycam footage captures the tense confrontation between airport police, airline staff, and the passenger as officers attempt to resolve the dispute and restore order at the terminal.
