Link to defendant's stop in 2026: https://youtu.be/8c7Ftk6Gces "What's that on your seat right here — that white rock?" A Flagler County sergeant stops a car and asks for licence, registration and insurance. The driver is still pulling her policy up on her phone when he notices something white between the passenger's legs. The passenger reaches for it. Within seconds a deputy is ordering him to put his hands on the dashboard, the car window is smashed, and a taser is deployed through it. Throughout the arrest the driver insists the door was never locked — "I promise you that door was unlocked" — and tells the sergeant he broke the window and tased her passenger for nothing. He confirms he broke it: "Yes, I did break the window." Deputies recover a crack pipe, a needle, a torn baggie and what they describe as meth left on the seat. They never recover what the passenger swallowed. In the centre console they find an amphetamine prescription in someone else's name — and four or five of the same pills in the driver's purse. FINAL DISPOSITION Michael — Tampering with physical evidence: GUILTY. Resisting an officer without violence: GUILTY. Drug paraphernalia: GUILTY. Amphetamine/ methamphetamine trafficking, 14 grams or over: NO INFORMATION FILED. Jessica — Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of cocaine, tampering with physical evidence, drug paraphernalia: ADJUDICATION WITHHELD on all four counts. Flagler County Sheriff's Office · Palm Coast, Florida Obtained through a Florida public records request. No narration. Text overlays only.
