Upon arrival, the suspect, named Aaron, was immediately uncooperative. After failed attempts at reasoning with Aaron, police told him he was free to go, however, Aaron followed police shortly after and continued being uncooperative. Aaron was read his rights before being taken to the hospital for medical clearance. He continued being disorderly. Eventually, Aaron was arrested for obstructing an officer. He was charged with battery or threat to an officer, resisting or obstructing an officer, OWI 2nd offense, operating while revoked, IID tampering, disorderly conduct, 2 counts of felony bail jumping and 1 count of misdemeanor bail jumping. Aaron was found guilty of battery or threat to an officer and OWI.
