On this episode, a driver is stopped for erratic driving. The woman is clearly intoxicated. She is facing her 3rd DWI and just wants to go to jail. Doesn't have her vehicle properly registered, the proper interlock installed, or even a driver's license. This prompts her to tell them that she has been "trying" to get this taken care of even though her last DWI arrest was 5 years ago!
