Elbert County Elizabeth Colorado On September 20, 2022, Police in Elizabeth Colorado responded to a disturbance at a construction worksite after a man was trying to contain his dogs that had escaped out of his yard. Sean Page said he was asking a construction crew to turn off a machine that was spooking his dogs. Page then got into an altercation with workers prompting them to call the Police. During the Bodycam footage police officers can be seen arresting Page. The Town of Elizabeth has agreed to settle a lawsuit over the use of excessive force before it was filed by paying Sean Page a $150,000 settlement. #colorado #police #cops #lawsuit
