At about 9:30 AM, on Friday, June 14th, 2024, Members of the US Marshals, Massachusetts State Police, the Boston Police Fugitive Unit, District E-13 (Jamaica Plain) and the District E-13 Community Service Office arrested Timur Cihantimur, 16, and Eylem Tok, 44, of Turkey, after executing two federal warrants at 416 Pond St, Jamaica Plain. Cihantimur was wanted in the country of Turkey for involuntary manslaughter and injury and Eylem Tok is wanted for protecting the offender. According to Turkish prosecutors, the Cihantimur was driving a Porsche on the night of March 1st when, while speeding around a corner, he crashed into a group of people on all-terrain vehicles.
