A relationship argument turns into a dangerous police call after a pregnant woman tells Clarkston Police she was trying to leave her boyfriend’s mother’s apartment when things allegedly turned physical. According to the police report, Ashley told officers she was eight months pregnant when she got into a verbal altercation with her boyfriend, Rasheed, at his mother’s apartment. She said she was trying to gather her belongings and leave for the night when the argument allegedly escalated. Ashley told police Rasheed pushed her down the stairs, then later came outside with her firearm and fired several shots as she tried to leave. When officers arrived at the apartment, they found shell casings near the front door, the firearm was missing, and Rasheed was upstairs refusing to come out. This is another reminder that some situations can go from argument to emergency fast.
