On September 15, 2025, Deputy Murphy was conducting traffic enforcement when he observed a red E-Bike fail to yield to a vehicle already passing through an intersection. The deputy stopped the rider to issue a warning, but the situation quickly escalated when the rider refused to provide identification and began recording on his phone.
