Have you been spoken to in a way that made you feel uncomfortable? Does the same man linger in the street and watch you when you and your friends leave a bar? We appreciate that reporting information about a situation that made you feel uncomfortable or distressed can feel intimidating or scary. We want you to know that any information you give us will be looked into by our specialist analysts and researchers. You do not need to know lots of information, such as someone's name, we just need you to tell us a summary of the incident and any other details that might help us identify an offender. The piece of information you have might be the last piece of the jigsaw puzzle to help us link a crime to an offender and bring an offender to justice. Please report any suspicious or predatory behaviour that makes you feel uncomfortable to Wiltshire Police via the website - https://www.wiltshire.police.uk/contact/af/contact-us/contact-us-to-discuss-something-else/. You can also report anonymously via CrimeStoppers here - https://crimestoppers-uk.org/give-information/forms/pre-form. Predatory behaviour Wiltshire Police would like to hear about includes a man or group of men: • Loitering in doorways, alleyways or on the street • Watching or staring at women who are alone or in groups • Making sexually inappropriate comments or catcalling • Approaching lone or intoxicated women • Invading a woman's personal space - e.g. cuddling, touching, being physically dominating or leading a woman away • Approaching a woman at a bar or table and continuing to talk to her despite being asked to leave her alone • Stalking or following women Filming or taking photos of women or children To find out more about how Wiltshire Police are tackling violence against women and girls, click here - https://www.wiltshire.police.uk/police-forces/wiltshire-police/areas/campaigns/campaigns/vigilant-wiltshire/
