Authorities in Marion County arrested 81-year-old Ada Anderson after an incident involving her neighbors. Deputies say Anderson walked to the property line and sprayed pepper spray toward April Morant and Morant’s two daughters, ages 3 and 6, while the children played with bubbles in their driveway. Reports state the spray caused irritation to the children and their mother. Morant told investigators her family experienced repeated harassment before this incident. The affidavit notes past verbal confrontations and escalating behavior. Deputies charged Anderson with three counts of second degree felony battery with evidence of bias. She posted bond and awaits court proceedings. This video reviews the incident, the statements from both sides, and the documented charges.
