As the call for service went on Green acted disorderly and began to misuse the 9-1-1 system by calling without having an emergency. Sgt. Daniel Grossi arrived on the scene to assist. When Green made a third 9-1-1 call without having an emergency, she was placed under arrest and transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters where she was charged with false public alarm and disorderly conduct. It was discovered she had a warrant out of Newark for disorderly conduct. After being processed, Green was transported to the Hudson County Correctional Facility.
