On April 8, 2023, Deputies from the Washington County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a traffic accident on a dirt road in rural Arkansas. Deputy Glass was the first to arrive. 3 teenage woman were traveling down the dirt road when the 19 year-old driver lost control and struck a tree, totaling the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was actually one of the passengers in the vehicle. Deputy Glass got the driver to admit that she had been drinking, but she refused standardized field sobriety exercises. She was subsequently arrested for suspicion of DUI and was transported to the Washington County Jail. While be processed, her fake Wisconsin ID was discovered. She submitted to an evidentiary breath test, which resulted in a BAC of 0.088%, more than 4 times the legal limit for someone under 21 years of age.
