On September 21, 2023. An officer from the Williams Bay Police Department responded to a report from the former Williams Bay High School Principal (Mansky). He stated that there were two vehicles and several juveniles running through his subdivision and that they had just thrown toilet paper at his house. The officer saw several juveniles on foot but was unsuccessful at catching any of them. The officer also conducted a traffic stop on two vehicles that were in the area but all of the occupants denied being involved in the incident. When the officer made contact with the former principal (Mansky), he mentioned that this was the third year that this had occurred and that there had been kitchen condiments and beer cans thrown at his residence years prior which caused damage to the siding. Mansky also said “ I got the one kid” and held up a sweatshirt. A short time later, dispatch received another call from Mansky who stated that the vehicles were back and it appeared that they were looking for something they may have dropped. When the officer returned, the former principal said that he tackled one of the kids and that is how he got the sweatshirt. They searched the same location that the juveniles were looking and located a cell phone and a face mask. At school the next day, the officer spoke with two juvenile students who admitted to throwing toilet paper at the former principal's house. One of the students informed the officer that Mansky had tackled him, dug his fingers into his eyes, and picked him up by the neck. The juvenile stated that he was able to slip out of his sweatshirt and escape losing his cell phone.. The officer questioned the students before returning the phone and sweatshirt and sending them back to class. The mother of the student who was tackled wanted Mansky, the former principal, to be charged for assaulting her son. Mansky was charged with Battery but it was dismissed in court. Two of the students involved were cited for attempted vandalism and trespassing. It is unknown what happened in court because they are minors. This video is for educational purposes only.
