Welcome to Blue Blotters! Please check out my channel and all my other videos. Blue Blotters offers genuine footage of events captured by police body worn and dashboard cameras. The videos also include commentary about the content of the footage from a law enforcement expert. We believe this footage can be used as an educational and informational guide for viewers to analyze and evaluate situations, as well as educate the public regarding particular facts surrounding certain aspects of the video. The videos on this channel have been acquired through Public Records Requests. Blue Line Blotter is not maintained by or associated with any law enforcement agency. We provide second to none and original content that has not been shown before. Blue Blotters receives Body Cam and Dash Cam content through open records requests.
