We’re back in SeaTac, Washington, U.S.A. for a sovereign citizen “Washitaw chief”, Mr. Evans. This time, the court clerk received a fax copy of his “hidden ink letter” that he submitted to the court. Problem is, there’s no defense or evidence in just a statement on letter. He does bring up a case that there is no proof of. He does say you need SCOTUS to unseal the case records, as it holds all their rights. We’ve shown the Washitaw movement is a group of sovereign citizens pretending to be descendants from the Ouachita. They are not. That movement was started by David “Taj Tarik” and their “Empress” Verdiacee “Tiara” Washitaw-Turner Goston El-Bey. And of course, the treaty of Peace and Friendship is brought up. But, the judge is very familiar with that treaty and knows it’s about shipping. The sovcit chooses for a jury trial and has the public defender as side-counsel. (Going to be an uphill battle trying to help defend these claims).
