A woman is caught by Target loss prevention swapping barcodes at self-checkout in Palm Coast, Florida. After her card declines on $500 worth of merchandise, she switches the tags to ring everything up at a fraction of the price and pays cash. What loss prevention didn't expect: she's already known to the store from prior incidents, and she has an outstanding warrant for retail theft from a separate case. #bodycam #policebodycam #target #shoplifting #retailtheft #palmcoast #flaglercounty #arrested #losspreventionvstarget #caughtoncamera
