On 12/20/2025 at 4:58 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Kohl’s located at 3 Millcreek Drive on a report of a shoplifting. During the investigation, the police arrested a 37-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Possession of CDS believed to be Crack Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of CDS believed to be Ecstasy [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A] and Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(2)]. Conyers was further found to have been involved in various shoplifting incidents at Kohl’s. He was charged with Shoplifting for an incident that occurred at Kohl’s on 07/27/2025. He was also charged with Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] for an incident that occurred at Kohl’s on 07/29/2025 and Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] for an incident that occurred at Kohl’s on 08/05/2025. He was also found to have shoplifted at Kohl’s on 12/18/2025. He was subsequently charged with Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] for this incident as well. He was issued 5 separate complaint warrants and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty
