Mackenzie Shirilla's friend Landon "Bubba" Turner tells police: "There's no way in hell they were fighting." ⬇️ Video below ⬇️ There's one thing Mackenzie Shirilla's friend Landon "Bubba" Turner told cops that keeps resonating in my mind. As you can hear in the below-linked interview, Bubba finally made his way in to speak to police in the wake of #TheCrash, seeing as though he was a very important person for police to speak to, since he spent time with Mackenzie and Dominic Russo and Davion Flanagan in the hours prior to the crash. Despite rumors to the contrary, Bubba says, "There's no way in hell they were fighting." Did Bubba change his story or did other people get the story wrong? Rumors claimed that Mackenzie awakened at the get-together that fateful morning, and Dom wasn't by her side. Is that true? Bubba says the only thing that made Mackenzie upset that night was the fact that he ate her organic popcorn. Other than that, Bubba sounds just like Rosie, when he says Mackenzie was curled up under a blanket next to Dom and everything was fine. How would Bubba be able to say so absolutely, with such assurance, that "there's no way in hell they were fighting" after the couple left? Heck, if Mackenzie and Dom were my friends and left my house one morning, I'd have to honestly tell the police that I have no idea what happened after they left my presence. I mean, Bubba could say things like, I don't think they were fighting or they seemed in a good mood, but it's weird to me how 100% positive he seems in the interview. And even though he claims no one really intimidated him as a witness and urged him not to speak to police, there was obviously a delay in coming to talk to the cops. Bubba blamed it on switching phone carriers and getting loads of spam calls and not trusting if it was really cops calling him. At the same token, Bubba spoke a lot about Mackenzie's ex-boyfriend Tyler Proctor blowing him up on Snapchat, but he ignored those messages and muted the conversation. Bubba even says in the interview that he would try and talk his girlfriend Rosie into talking to police. Funny how Rosie has come out now to say how fully cooperative she was. But, even the lead detective admitted that it was a tricky dance speaking to police. Bubba was able to do his police interview with his dad, Mike, right by his side. But the lead detective explained that the people at the party that night were the ones who mostly didn't want to talk to cops and would be subpoenaed and forced to testify in front of a grand jury without any lawyer or parent by their side. It all sounds kind of strange to me. Perhaps Bubba and Rosie really were afraid of Mackenzie, or afraid of telling the truth about what really went down before the trio left prior to the crash. Other things that stood out in my mind in Bubba's interview: "We took that exact same route down Progress & Alameda." Now I know people claim that Mackenzie was practicing her route by taking that same route prior to the big crash, however, even Dom's sister, Christine Russo, has said she doesn't believe Mackenzie was necessarily practicing. Plenty of locals have just called that area a cut-through series of roads. But that doesn't mean that @Plunder Studios believes Mackenzie's judge got it wrong. Mackenzie could've indeed driven that area during previous trips, as her data revealed, and perhaps her actions of ramming into the PLIDCO wall only came to her at the last second, maybe even as she calmly turned the corner at the top of the street. Who knows? Perhaps only Mackenzie and fam. And God. Bubba also theorized that Mackenzie may have had some sort of medical episode. He said, "The doctors tell her to put her head in between her knees when she passes out." Bubba said that when he saw Mackenzie in the hospital, she told him about being found in the wreckage with her head between her knees. I'm still making my way through the huge evidence to separate fact from fiction, because so many people feel so strongly about this pivotal case. Despite stuff I've heard online about her latest appeal not even being considered by the Ohio Supreme Court, I don't think the folks reporting that are speaking of Mackenzie's Notice of Appeal from 4/28/26. Therefore, I've scheduled a tracking action for June 3, 2026—giving the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office time to submit their paperwork—to check the Ohio Supreme Court docket for the state's response brief or any new rulings on her April 28 appeal. I'll alert you with the latest update then! Join this channel to get access to perks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOdH5V1hktXOmjh3q-pK3vQ/join
