Finally, we are back in Taylor, Michigan at the 23rd District Court and Judge Slaven with our sovcit friend Mr. Martin, for his jury trial on his Driving While Revoked misdemeanor charge. His other infractions were taken care of in part two. Judge Slaven found him guilty for having no insurance and the defective tire ticket was dismissed. It’s been a year since we first were introduced to Mr. Martin. And since he refused to answer to Judge Washington’s call for that jury trial (where he now has a $25k warrant for FTA at jury trial), his charges in 23rd District Court also have been ongoing. Until now. We last heard the guilty verdict… This is part four. Sentencing Day! And Mr. Martin has more “demands/motions” he insists on being heard, before Sentencing is announced.
