On 05/02/2025 at 2:44 AM, Secaucus Police observed a motor vehicle being operated in a reckless manner in the area of Flanagan Way and Paterson Plank Road. A motor vehicle stop was conducted with the involved vehicle. During the motor vehicle stop, the vehicle fled from the police. The vehicle was subsequently located in the area of 9th Street and Front Street. The operator of the motor vehicle, a 23-year-old male, Antonio Rosario-Matos of North Bergen, NJ was arrested for Eluding [2C:29-2B] and Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Rosario-Matos was issued his complaint summons along with 7 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty
