In this police bodycam video we have a dumb Karen getting arrested. On Saturday March 11, 2023, at approximately 0302 hours, I was driving East bound at the 200 block of Highlands Drive SW when I observed a vehicle bearing Florida plate traveling westbound on Highlands Drive SW with a headlight out. When I got behind the vehicle, I also observed a tag light out. I then conducted a traffic stop of the formative vehicle at 210 Highlands Drive SW. Upon making contact with the driver , I asked him for permission to search the vehicle and permission was granted. Driver also disclosed to me that he had a small amount of m on him. Driver was removed from the vehicle and searched. While searching driver I located two small green pills in Driver's pocket. Also, in the same pocket there was a cut straw with powder residue in it. The Indian River County Dispatched informed me that driver did not have a valid driver's license in NY or FL. I read driver his Miranda Rights from an agency issued card, driver acknowledged that he understood his Miranda Rights and wished to speak with me. I asked driver what the pills were, driver informed me that they were o . driver was then taken into custody. While taken driver into custody I informed him that if he had any other contraband that it would be an additional charge. driver informed me that he had a pill bottle with the label ripped off with a small piece of a pill stuffed in his underwear. A small blue plastic pill bottle with the name ripped off was located in driver's underwear. I asked driver about his driver's license status, he told me that he had a permit but has never been issued a license in any state. driver was then transported to the Indian River County Jail Without further incident. While continuing to search the vehicle I located a small pink purse under the vehicle. The purse was engraved with the word m on the front of the purse. Inside the purse were multiple cards with on of the passenger's name on it, "M" to Include a medical mj card. Inside the wallet was a small plastic baggie that contained a white powder substance. The white powdery substance tested presumptive positive for c. There was also a second small plastic baggie with one white round pill with the markings RP 325. I identified the pill as Ac which is a schedule 2 controlled substance from Pill.com While trying to take passenger into custody she refused to walk towards the patrol vehicle, passenger had to be assisted to the patrol vehicle. passenger refused to enter the patrol vehicle. While trying to assist passenger Into the patrol vehicle passenger had kicked myself and Deputy Moon multiple times. passenger was then assisted to the ground where she was placed in a hobble. passenger had to be assisted by three Deputy's into the back of the patrol vehicle. passenger was then transported to the Indian River County Jail. When passenger arrived at the Indian River County Jail, Deputy While informed Reid that if she had any contraband on her that she would receive an additional felony for introduction. passenger stated that she did not. Two small plastic baggies with a white powdery substance were found in her breast area. I tested the powdery substance in the first baggie, the white powdery substance tested presumptive positive for f.
