On September 1st, 2025, police in Clearwater, Florida, responded to the Church of Scientology, where they were asking for assistance in trespassing YouTuber Tyler Oliveira from their properties. Here is what occurred. Police responded to the location where it was apparent that Tyler was filming for a video. He was trespassed by police and representatives of the church. He went on to finish his video, which is now on YouTube. These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty. An arrest is not a finding of guilt: that’s something for a court to decide.
