On September 3, 2022, Brunswick (Ohio) Police Officer Szuter observed a vehicle travelling 49 mph in a 35 mph zone. He makes a U-turn and is able to quickly catch up to the vehicle. When the 24 year-old female driver indicates they are coming from downtown (e.g. Cleveland), he immediately asks her how much she has had to drink. When she is asked to step out of the vehicle, she knows what the end result will be. She makes many suggestions to avoid arrest, such as allowing the officers to follow her to her aunt's house. None of them work and she is placed under arrest for her 2nd DUI. Once she arrives at the police station, she breaks down in tears several times and begs for her inhaler. She submits to an evidentiary breath test and the result is 0.126% BAC. The outcome of her criminal charges is discussed at the end of the video.
