#police #cops #bodycam #dui A cursing, veteran officer calls his colleagues rats, fails a field sobriety test, and gets arrested on-duty in video released by the San Antonio Police Department. Paul Fencik, who has been with the department for 18 years, was arrested July 31 after a lieutenant and sergeant detected an "odor of intoxicants" on his breath, according to police. Fencik had an open beer in his patrol car's center console, a cooler full of unopened beer, and he had a blood alcohol concentration of over 0.15. He was charged with DWI, a Class A misdemeanor. On Tuesday, police released a 13-minute video from a body cam showing the moment officers approached Fencik regarding his alleged drunken driving.
