On April 16, 2024, Red Bank Police Patrolman Doremus observed the driver of a vehicle almost strike the center median. He initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and the 26-year-old driver indicated that she was driving a rental car. She also admitted to consuming 2 alcoholic beverages. She was administered standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested for DUI shortly thereafter. At the police station, she refused to submit to an evidential breath test. She received 6 separate summonses, which are discussed at the end of the video. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
