On May 20, 2023, Patrolman Higgins from the Pequannock Township Police Department stopped a 45 year-old female driver for a traffic violation. She immediately slurs her words, prompting the patrolman to ask her about her alcohol consumption. When she admits to drinking, she is asked to perform standardized field sobriety exercises. She is eventually arrested for DUI and transported to a neighboring city for an evidentiary breath alcohol test. The results of this case are outlined at the end of the video.
