Officers responded to a call regarding a Felony Warrant for an individual named Yoder, who was believed to be staying in the rear unit or apartment. Call notes indicated that Yoder might be driving either a blue Chevrolet Camaro or a motorcycle. Upon arrival at the specified address, officers noticed a blue Chevrolet Camaro parked in front. As they approached the location, two individuals began running toward the backyard upon seeing the police. Officers immediately instructed the individuals to stop and identify themselves. A pursuit ensued, with one suspect attempting to flee towards the front of the apartments. After a brief foot chase, officers apprehended the suspect, later identified as Keith. Keith was found to have multiple felony warrants, including Probation Violation for a Family Offense, felony drug-related charges, and a felony Failure to Comply with a Weapon charge. During the arrest, officers discovered plastic baggies suspected to contain methamphetamine in Keith's pockets. Keith claimed the baggies contained a hair growth product but subsequent testing confirmed the presence of methamphetamine. Keith also mentioned another individual, Gene, as the reason for fleeing. However, officers were unable to locate Gene after searching the area. Keith received medical attention from AFD Med Unit 5 and was then taken into custody and transported to Summit County Jail to face the listed charges.
