On June 25, 2022, in Kendall, Wisconsin, an officer was dispatched to a residence due to reports of a highly intoxicated male driving a tractor. While in route, the officer was notified that the male was on probation with special conditions to not possess or consume alcohol. Upon arrival, it was clear the man was intoxicated and he was barely able to get off the tractor himself. After some time, he was placed under arrest where he resisted and argued with police. He was eventually brought to a squad car where he threatened to hurt police officers. Ryan was charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, and bail jumping. All charges were repeat offenses. He was found guilty of resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct and sentenced to a total of 130 days in local jail.
