After nearly two years on the run, a wanted fugitive with multiple felony warrants was finally caught. Deputy Cooper Stubblefield of the Navajo County Sheriff’s Office spotted a suspicious pickup truck and recognized the driver as someone harboring a known fugitive. Inside the vehicle was the female suspect who had been evading law enforcement for years. What began as routine patrol quickly turned into the end of a long manhunt. With precision and professionalism, Deputy Stubblefield conducted the stop and placed both the driver and fugitive under arrest, bringing a close to this chapter of justice.
