On May 20, 2024, an officer with St. Petersburg Police Depart was on patrol when he spotted the suspect, a 23-year-old female named Adoshia, naked in a public place. On August 21, 2024, she was again spotted wearing no clothes. After the first interaction, she was charged with exposure of sexual organs, resisting arrest without violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer. For the second encounter, she was charged with possession of cocaine and paraphernalia. She was deemed incompetent and committed to the Florida Department of Children and Families.
