REAL POLICE BODYCAM footage shows Des Plaines Police officers enduring a barrage of verbal abuse and continued physical resistance during a casino arrest. This bodycam video captures the extraordinary patience required as officers face dehumanizing insults while maintaining professionalism. In this police bodycam footage, 38-year-old Stephanie Neff from Lake in the Hills continues her hostile behavior, demanding: "Get out of my fucking face." Officers attempt to confirm if her resistance has ended by repeatedly asking, "Are you done?" The bodycam clearly captures officers noting her continued physical aggression: "You're kicking us. Are you done?" Officers provide specific instructions to help resolve the situation: "Listen. Move your foot up. Move your foot up so I can get off," demonstrating their attempts to minimize contact while maintaining control. This professional approach is met with increasingly personal attacks as Neff launches into a stream of fragmented insults: "I hope you're proud of yourselves. Call call call all of fucking thing me you stupid fat..." When informed "Nope you've lost that opportunity," she continues her resistance: "Shit. Stop... Stop. Get off me." Officers maintain boundaries: "No. You've lost that opportunity." Her response escalates to more demands and insults: "I don't care. Get off me. Go do something worthy. Get the fuck off me... Get off me. You stupid worthless pieces of fucking beings..." Her increasingly incoherent statements continue: "Go to the side of the air. This is actually worth crying. Get the fuck... Stop touching me," reflecting her continued refusal to comply with basic instructions. According to police reports, this incident occurred at Rivers Casino in Des Plaines on April 15, 2024. What began as a simple request to leave casino property due to intoxication escalated to physical confrontation where Neff attempted to punch an officer, chest-bumped another, and kicked officers while being placed in a squad car. This police bodycam footage demonstrates the verbal abuse officers routinely endure while attempting to maintain professionalism and public safety. Neff was ultimately charged with two counts of felony aggravated battery to a peace officer, felony aggravated assault to a peace officer, and a misdemeanor count of resisting a peace officer.
