The shocking bodycam footage of Stephanie Melgoza, an Illinois college student who giggled and joked with police just moments after a fatal DUI crash that claimed the lives of Paul Prowant and Andrea Rosewicz. In April 2022, 24-year-old Stephanie Melgoza was four weeks away from graduating from Bradley University when she struck a couple outside a bar in East Peoria. With a blood alcohol level of .264—more than three times the legal limit—Melgoza showed a chilling lack of remorse. While at the hospital, she was caught on camera singing, dancing, and asking if she could still make it to her night class. This video covers the full incident, the intense confrontation with Officer Jeffrey Bieber, and her eventual sentencing to 14 years in prison. 00:00 - Intro 01:30 - Crash 08:00 - DUI Test 21:30 - Outro Disclaimer: This video contains PAID FOR and/or PUBLICLY AVAILABLE law enforcement footage and DATA.
