The report is below: "On Friday, 12/25/2020, while assigned to ZC 2B35 in company with P.O. Lindsay #2232, we received a code 1 radio assignment of a domestic violence call at 3629 Sackett Avenue at 0113 hours. Below are the facts and circumstances. While reading over the updates in MCAD, the caller stated the suspect has his CCW, and was making threats to shoot the police upon arrival. We made a request for another ZC to meet with us before approaching the residence. Upon exiting our zone car, Beatriz Gonzalez (RP/victim) was standing outside of the residence asking us to hurry up. I told her we had a protocol to follow in instances such as this. Members of 2B32 and 2B36 were directly behind us. At this time, Robeiro Gonzalez (suspect) shot approximately seven to nine rapid fire shots. At this time, we went over air with "shots fired" and got cover behind our zone cars. P.O. Wolski ran directly across the street from the residence behind a chevy sedan in view of the AM. Robeiro, holding an assault rifle started yelling "Let's go mother fuckers, I want to die! Give me my keys, I just want my keys!" and shot approximately five or six more shots. P.O. Wolski had eyes on Robeiro, and was giving verbal commands to drop the gun. Robeiro walked towards Wolski whiole holding the rifle and kept yelling "Lets go motherfuckers, I'm ready, who wants to die?!" Robeiro then walked back towards the house and dropped his rifle, turned around and started aggressively stomping towards our zone cars and said "Shoot me, you're cops!" P.O. Brown gave verbal commands to Robeiro to get on the ground, but Robeiro was still proceeding forward telling us to shoot him. P.O. Brown yelled "taser, taser, taser" and tased Robeiro, then P.O. Wolski tackled him. At this time I was able to handcuff Robeiro and go over radio with one male detained. P.O. Berigan #1327 and P.O. Ali #607 arrived and stayed with Robeiro. Robeiro stated he "wanted to die." P.O. Berigan rode with Robeiro in the back of MED 24 while P.O. Ali followed in the ZC to 2S33 Sgt. Lane #9060, ZC 2A31, P.O. Smith #2363 and P.O. Lusk #2518 arrived on scene. We then proceeded to clear the house. SGT. Lane called for SIU. Upon further investigation, two rifles, one handgun, one revolver, several loaded magazines, and a large amount of ammunition was found in Robeiro's room in plain sight. All of which was taken back to the district and marked tagged and entered as evidence." His charges are as follows: x5 Felonious Assault x1 Improper Discharging Firearm at or into Habitation or School x1 Assault His most recent pretrial hearing was on April 19th, with another one scheduled for May 24th.
