On October 28, 2023, Pullman Police Sergeant Harris was patrolling the area around Washington State University when he came across 2 women out in the 22-degree weather at 1:46 AM. One of the women was lying on the ground in the frosted grass. She does her best job to convince Sgt. Harris that is over 21 years-old and not drunk. Unfortunately for her, Sgt. Harris wasn't buying her story. She was arrested on 2 charges and transported to the Pullman police station. While enroute to the station, she left a little surprise for Sgt. Harris in the back seat of his patrol vehicle. That can be seen at the 10:08 mark. This video was filmed about a week ago, so the criminal charges have not been adjudicated yet.
