A shoplifting call at a Wisconsin Woodman’s quickly spiraled out of control after a repeat offender allegedly resisted arrest and struck an officer during the confrontation. Police say the suspect was speaking incoherently, giving inconsistent information, and behaving erratically while being detained for retail theft. Court records show she was already out on six active bonds at the time of the arrest. #wisconsin #shoplifting #lacrosse #police #retailtheft
