The individual, who exhibited signs of potential incapacity such as the odor of alcohol and slurred speech, became argumentative during the interaction. Initially reluctant to disclose his identity, he eventually provided a driver's license number, identifying him as Michael. Efforts were made to ensure Michael's safety, but his behavior escalated into a confrontation, resulting in his arrest for battery on a law enforcement officer. Throughout the arrest process, Michael resisted and displayed non-compliance, necessitating his transportation to the Manatee County Jail. Fortunately, no officers were injured during the incident.
