On March 24, 2025, Las Cruces Police Officers responded to a domestic disturbance. A 40-year-old woman had left the scene of the disturbance, crashed her Jeep into a wall, and returned back to her driveway. Officers first made contact with her former boyfriend who told his side of the story. When Officers made contact with the woman, they suspected she might be impaired. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. She was ultimately arrested and was transported to the Las Cruces Police Station. She provided a breath sample and the result was 0.000% BAC. She was then taken to the local hospital to have her blood drawn. Her charges and the outcome of her case are discussed at the end of the video.
