A crash report brought him to the W Bay Avenue access road. He saw a black Acura TSX hit a black Porsche Cayenne. Smith spoke to the Acura's driver, identified as Shauna, age 25. Officer Joel Sawyer arrived to help. Sawyer then spoke with the Porsche's 27-year-old driver. She told Sawyer she was arguing with her boyfriend. She admitted to looking at her phone. This caused her to hit the car ahead. Shauna first claimed she came from the Wawa. Later, she said she was going home from Mickey's Tavern. She admitted drinking one and a half Blue Moon beers. Officers smelled alcohol and saw other signs. They asked Shauna to take field sobriety tests. Sawyer began with the eye test. He saw her eyes did not move smoothly. He noted distinct jerking. Her eyes also started to jerk before 45 degrees. Next came the walk and turn test. Shauna did not step heel-to-toe. She walked backward on her return steps. The final test was the one-leg stand. Shauna did not lift her foot correctly. She put it down before the test ended. Based on the crash, her drinking, and failing the tests, Shauna was arrested. She was charged with driving under the influence. Her car was held for 12 hours under John's Law. Sawyer took Shauna to the police station. At the station, Shauna was read a statement. She refused to give breath samples. After processing, her father picked her up. He signed a liability form for her. She received citations for: DUI Refusing a breath test Reckless driving Using a phone while driving Court records show Shauna was arrested for DWI before. This happened in Southampton Township on December 7, 2020. 1:52 the calm cover the mouth as if no one noticed it. If you enjoyed this BodyCamBust video.
