At first, Isaiah questions why officers are approaching him and insists that he has the right to travel. Officers explain that they are not focused on issuing him additional traffic tickets, but they still have to act on the warrant in their system. They repeatedly ask him to step out of the vehicle and explain that cooperating could prevent the situation from becoming more serious. Isaiah refuses to exit and continues arguing with officers, insisting that they need a warrant to remove him from the vehicle. Even after officers confirm that the warrant is valid, he continues refusing to cooperate. Officers give him multiple opportunities to step out peacefully and warn him that resisting could lead to additional charges. Eventually, officers move in and repeatedly order Isaiah out of the vehicle. After continued resistance, officers deploy a Taser and finally place him under arrest. He is restrained and taken into custody as officers attempt to calm the situation afterward. According to the footage, Isaiah was charged with possession of a controlled substance after police found 1.7 grams of a white powdery substance in his car, driving on a suspended or revoked driver's license, possession of cannabis under 10 grams, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and resisting or obstructing a police officer.
