Bodycam released by the Flagler County Sheriff's Office shows the February 8, 2026 DUI arrest of a Daytona Beach restaurant owner on US Highway 1 in Flagler County, Florida. Deputies Tassy and Blake stopped the subject for failing to move over for emergency lights. The subject -- the owner of 35 Bistro & Wine Bar in Daytona Beach -- told deputies she was "from France" and "didn't do all these things." She refused to look up during a sobriety test because she was "cold." The deputies could not figure out how to start her Tesla and had to watch a YouTube tutorial. She was charged with DUI and Refusal to Submit to a Breath Test. In the back of the patrol car, alone, she made a statement that the prosecution would not need her to repeat. Both the Refusal and the original DUI charge were nolle prossed. She pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of Reckless Driving on April 29, 2026. 60 days after this arrest, on April 8, 2026, she was arrested again -- this time by the Florida Highway Patrol -- and charged with DUI 2nd Offense.
