An Instagram influencer took her jet ski out on Florida water as the sun went down — and most riders have no idea that alone is against the law. When FWC officers brought her alongside, she told them she’d had two beers. What the bodycam captured next — the questions, the move to the patrol boat, the seated sobriety tests, and a refusal that carries its own penalty — is a lesson every person who touches a personal watercraft should watch. Because a jet ski isn’t a toy in the eyes of the law. It’s a vessel. Same 0.08 limit as the highway — and a curfew most riders have never heard of. She has never been publicly named, and she is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Did you know jet skis are illegal to ride after sunset?
