Jacksonville, Arkansas (USA) ***Disclaimer: Some may find this BORING....LOL*** On 11/29/2022, Officer Greenwood, conducted a traffic stop at 500 Gregory Street on a 2020 Chevrolet Cruse (AR PN 535YEP) for expired tags(03/202). contacted the driver, and advised him of my name, department, and reason for the traffic stop. The driver identified himself as Javian Johnson(S). While speaking with Johnson, could smell the odor of marijuana emanating from the vehicle. Asked Johnson how much marijuana was in the vehicle or if he had just recently smoked marijuana inside the vehicle. Johnson advised he had smoked and handed me a package labeled "Church OG" and" Cannabis Kings" containing a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana. returned to my patrol unit with the green leafy substance and proceeded to conduct a background check on Johnson through dispatch. waited for an additional officer to arrive on scene before conducting a vehicle search. Davidson arrived on scene and instructed Johnson to step out of the vehicle. Dispatch advised Johnson had several warrants out of the Maumelle Police Department. Johnson was detained. Located on Johnson's person were two cell phones and $1,640.00in cash. On the front passenger floorboard located a white digital scale with green leafy residue on it. On the front passenger seat there was a brown paper sack that contained approximately 33 multi-colored empty bags labeled "Church OG" and "Cannabis Kings". These bags were the same as the bag initially handed to me by Johnson containing the green leafy substance that he advised was marijuana. In the trunk of the vehicle located a white trash bag that contained three separate bags of a green leafy substance. The first bag weighed approximately 503 grams, the second bag weighed approximately 3 grams, and the third bag weighed approximately 6grams.
