🚨 **100+ MPH Police Chase Through Fields Ends in Crash | Forrest City, Arkansas** On April 19, 2026, officers with the Forrest City Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a red Volvo connected to a breaking and entering investigation. However, the situation quickly escalated when the driver, later identified as Evon Williams, fled from officers—sparking a dangerous high-speed pursuit. The chase stretched across city streets and rural backroads, with the suspect reaching speeds over 100 mph on narrow, heavily traveled roadways. During the pursuit, the driver ran stop signs, failed to yield to traffic, forced multiple vehicles off the road, and even drove into oncoming lanes—creating an extreme danger to the public. At several points, the suspect left the roadway entirely, driving through open fields in an attempt to evade law enforcement. The pursuit finally came to an end at the intersection of Mallory Avenue and Airport Road, where the driver lost control and crashed into a ditch. Officers quickly took the suspect into custody following the crash. During a search of the vehicle, officers located drug paraphernalia that tested positive for fentanyl and other controlled substances. The suspect was transported to Forrest City Medical Center for treatment and later booked into the St. Francis County Detention Center. ### **Charges Include:** * Felony Fleeing * Possession of Drug Paraphernalia * Driving on a Suspended License * Reckless Driving * Speeding (15+ MPH over limit) * Failure to Yield * Defective Vehicle Equipment Thankfully, no innocent civilians were seriously injured during this high-risk pursuit. --- 🎥 **Watch the full dashcam footage to see how this intense chase unfolded.** 👍 Like, comment, and subscribe for more real police footage and high-speed pursuits.
