Kentucky State Trooper Caught Beating Compliant Black Man On Camera, Gets Sentenced to 5 years On July 28, 2023, Kentucky State Trooper Hayden Kilbourne beat a Black man named Robert Kidd with a baton during an arrest in Carroll County, Kentucky. Kidd was already on the ground, already tased, and already showing his hands when the strikes came. The whole thing was captured on body camera footage that the Kentucky State Police later released to the public themselves. Robert Kidd — the man who was beaten — received three years for the stolen vehicle and the chase that started this whole incident. The cop got more time than the suspect. Kidd is expected to be released later this year. His civil lawsuit against Kilbourne is still pending in the courts. 👉 DROP a 💙 if you believe NOBODY should be brutalized in such a manner! 👉 SUBSCRIBE because tomorrow's story will blow your mind 👉 COMMENT where in the world you're watching from! 👉 TYPE 'JUSTICE' if you think corruption should always be exposed ⚠️ This story contains discussions of racial profiling, false arrest, and systematic discrimination.
