Elderly Man Leads Troopers On Crazy Highway Scooter Chase a Elderly man on a mobility scooter is being chased by police cruisers on the Florida Turnpike. The man, who’s driving down the left shoulder of the busy road, was just rolling along with his cane sitting across his lap completely oblivious to the cops chasing him down. When the man was finally pulled over, police determined that he was a 75-year-old man who had wandered onto the turnpike and didn’t know how to exit. Florida State Troopers escorted the man to the next exit and to a safe location off the highway. 5-0 PATROL provides unbiased and authentic footage of incidents captured on body cams.
